At Industlabs, we provide fabrication services for building custom enclosures for control panels and other electronic products.  Our custom control panels are completely customizable. We make enclosures in application-specific sizes and shapes and offer a variety of options for mounting, latching, hinges, hardware, sealing and finishes. Materials of construction include stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum and custom stainless steel enclosures. For indoor applications with limited environmental hazards, we build NEMA 1 enclosures for protecting controls and terminations. Our NEMA 3 enclosures are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and protect components and equipment from exposure to rain, snow, or sleet and foreign objects such as dirt and dust. For protection against harmful elements such as rain, sleet, snow, and the direct stream of water in light wash-down areas, we offer a gasket-sealed, clamp-closure NEMA 4 option.

Do I Need Custom Enclosures?

High volume products often use 100% custom enclosures.  Compared to generic enclosures, custom enclosures are designed to fit your specific needs. Depending on the technology that is being enclosed, the enclosure may have to be a certain shape or size, and these dimensions are usually not readily available off-the-shelf.
